Brief summary
Seminal vesicoscopy has been used to treat hemospermia. But whether topical irrigation of antibiotics is useful to prevent the infection is still controversial. By this study, we want to clarify the role of topical irrigation of praphylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing seminal vesicoscopy.
Interventions
topical irrigation of prophylactic antibiotics at the end of seminal vesicoscopy; amikacin 1.0g/20ml and 10ml for each seminal vesicle was irrigated only once for 1 minute at the close end of surgery. All the patients have one-month follow-up.
