Brief summary

A email questionnaire will be distributed to the principle physiotherapist working in the Cystic Fibrosis service at each site contributing to the Australian Cystic Fibrosis Data Registry in 2010. The questionnaire investigates the current level of physiotherapy provided to patients with cystic fibrosis receiving home intravenous antibiotics. It covers location and type of service provided, frequency and what the current model of care is based on.

Interventions

Questionnaire - participants (hospital-based physiotherapists) are asked to provide answers regarding their current service model to patients with cystic fibrosis receiving home intravenous antibiotics. Questionnaires will be returned within 2 weeks, with 2 reminders if needed. Questions look at outpatient visits, home visits, telephone follow-up and what the rationale for their current model of care is. Questions are either multiple choice and/or free text.
