Brief summary
The purpose of this study was to perform the correlation between the pattern and level postural physical activity in healthy elderly women. The main hypothesis is that elderly women engaged in physical activity have better posture pattern than sedentary women.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elderly aged or over 60 years, being a participant of the Project for the Promotion of Health of the Elderly of Catholic University of Brasilia; take part in the research and complete the Informed Consent and to their voluntary participation in research .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: having cognitive impairment; take drugs that influence and / or impossible to maintain the standing position and postural control such as psychotropic, anxiolytic and / or anticholinergics; have disease or injury that influence and / or impossible to maintain the standing position and postural control, have been treated in some orthopedic surgery that influences and / or interfere with the posture of a result of the sequel (s) from the same; pain to maintain the standing position during the time postural assessment, have signs of depression have congenital deformity and / or acquired.
