Brief summary
To investigate whether a high DHA fatty acid supplement will improve cognitive performance tasks in 200 healthy adults over a period of 6 months using a randomised placebo controlled double blind study design.
Interventions
3 capsules per day for 6 months to be consumed orally of docosahexaenoic fatty acid supplement (providing 1.124 mg of docosahexaenoic acid/day)
