Check what level of user satisfaction of public and private sectors in Teresina PI, Brazil, as knowing if the User is or is not satisfied with the service you receive will be some changes in the sectors that are most in need of improvement.

The questionnaires were applied to users who have had at least six sessions of physical therapy, and were interviewed by the researcher between the months of March and June 2007. Each User answered only one questionnaire, a total of 376 participants. The end result of the study was a year-long

Inclusion criteria

The participants were individuals seeking some kind of physical therapy, male and female, who received at least six sessions and with over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

users who had some kind of disease making it difficult to speak and / or understanding, those who have expressed some degree of pain and those who refused to sign the consent form to participate.
