Anterior 90 degree (oesophagus wrapped 1/4 way around oesophagus) vs Nissen (oesophagus wrapped all the way around oesophagus) fundoplication in patients undergoing surgery for reflux.

Suitable for a laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication

Exclusion criteria

Not suitable for laparoscopic Nissen fundoplicationlarge hiatus herniasevere oesophageal motility disorder
