Road trauma patients presenting with neck pain or altered conscious stateNo radiographic evidence of cervical fracture on plain film or CTCervical MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Focal neurologic deficitEvidence of intoxicationPainful distracting injuryAltered mental status where GCS<9.
