Inclusion criteria

Severe asymptomatic/minimally symptomatic MR.

Exclusion criteria

Patients with known coronary artery disease, previous cardiac surgery, greater than mild mitral stenosis and significant aortic valve disease (stenosis or regurgitation) and suboptimal images.
