Siriraj HospitalInclusion Criteria Patients with chronic kidney disease aged between 18 and 80 years. Patients who are scheduled to initiate renal replacement therapy, either hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, within 3 months prior to the initiation of activated charcoal treatment. Patients with residual urine output greater than 200 mL per day.
